At NoBS.tech, we keep it simple: we respect your privacy and we don’t mess around with your data. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What We Collect

We collect only what helps us do business and improve our site:

  • Forms (HubSpot): When you fill out a form on our site — like “Contact Us,” “Book a Meeting,” or “Webinar Registration” —we collect the info you choose to share (name, email, company, and whatever you write in the message box).

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): We use GA4 to see how people use our site. That includes things like which pages you visit, your general location (city/region), browser type, and time on site. GA4 data is anonymous and doesn’t include your name or email.

That’s it. We don’t buy, sell, or trade data—ever.

How We Use It

We use the data we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries

  • Follow up on form submissions

  • Improve the site experience

  • Track marketing performance and site traffic

If you contact us about working together, we’ll use your info to have that conversation—not to spam you.

Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data under:

  • Article 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract or steps prior to entering one (for conversations about working together).

  • Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest (to improve our website and manage basic marketing analytics).

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies from HubSpot and Google Analytics. These help us understand traffic and performance so we can make the site better. You can block cookies in your browser anytime—everything will still work fine.

Sharing and Storage

We store your data in HubSpot and Google Analytics. Both are secure, reputable platforms that meet major privacy and security standards. We don’t share your data with anyone else unless required by law or explicitly agreed to (for example, if we co-host a webinar with Datadog and need to share registration info).

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws (like GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your data. If you’d like to do that, email us at sales@nobs.tech — we’ll handle it quickly and directly.

Updates

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is major, we’ll make it obvious.
